The workout

The Lovely Fit Women workout combines strength training with cardio activity and stretching – all in just 30 minutes – to create lean muscle, raise your metabolism, burn more fat and tone your body. It is safe, efficient and effective for women of all ages and fitness levels, and you’ll be exercising in an environment that’s comfortable and welcoming. By getting stronger, increasing your flexibility and working to prevent injury, you are setting the stage for your healthier, more active future.

The circuit

The Lovely Fit Women programme includes all five components of a complete workout – warm-up, strength training, cardiovascular training, cool-down and stretching – just in 30 minutes. You change stations every 30 seconds, allowing you to recover and work out different muscle groups.

You’ll work every major muscle group while keeping your heart rate within your target training zone. And with a circuit coach to teach and motivate you at every workout, you are sure to reach your fitness goals in no time. Whether you want to gain energy, tone up or lose weight, the Lovely Fit Women circuit will work for you.

Studies show that regular physical activity, such as the three-day-a-week Lovely Fit Women programme, substantially reduces the risk of conditions including coronary heart disease, stroke, colon cancer, Type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis and high blood pressure. It also helps to control weight; contributes to healthy bones, muscles and joints; helps to relieve the pain of arthritis; and reduces the symptoms of anxiety and depression.

The equipment

The machines are manufactured specifically for Lovely Fit Women and are designed for safety, simplicity and effectiveness, automatically adjusting to every fitness level. The equipment provides the benefits of cardiovascular exercise and weight training with the safe movement of hydraulic resistance, giving an effective workout while protecting bones and joints.
